Forscher der Max-Planck-Gesellschaft können nun kostenfrei in PLoS-Journalen publizieren. Die MPG ist damit die zweite akademische Einrichtung in Deutschland mit einer institutional membership zu PLoS nachdem die Würzburger Uni (die hier fälschlicherweise noch gelistet wird) wieder ausgestiegen war.
