An diesem wunderschönen Morgen wollte ich Ihnen nicht vorenthalten, dass T.Scott uns Medizinbibliothekaren ganz ordentlich Honig um den Mund schmiert. In seinem Fall ist das erlaubt, da er ja selbst einer ist seit 1983:

Eigentlich geht es in seiner Post allerdings um das - professionelle - Bloggen der diesjährigen MLA-Konferenz, das von der MLA selber heftig eingeworben und gefördert wird:

Selected bloggers “will receive wireless Internet access for the duration of the Annual Conference AND MLA will acknowledge your contribution to the membership on the MLA Conference pages. All Official Conference Blogs will be listed on the Blog Roll at the MLA Conference Wiki.”

Ich frage mich gerade, ob diese US-amerikanische Innovationsfreude und Benutzerorientierung vielleicht so eine Art Krankheit ist, verbreitet durch einen ansteckenden Virus? Seitdem ich 1995 da mal reinriechen durfte, fühle ich mich irgendwie ganz seltsam, wie infiziert …
