Es scheint, dass nach dem Ebsco-CINAHL-Fall nun auch Gale’s Volltext-Datenbank Academic OneFile keine Volltexte mehr von LWW anbieten darf:

Lippincott Williams & Wilkins (”LWW”) and Gale (a Cengage Learning company) are jointly sending this letter to resolve a misunderstanding regarding the availability of LWW journals in Gale’s Academic OneFile database. LWW and Gale have agreed that Gale will not provide the full collection of LWW journal content in Academic OneFile or its other products. We would like to make it
clear that Gale at all times acted in good faith in its prior customer communications regarding providing such access, which were based upon a miscommunication from LWW to Gale. Ovid Technologies, Inc. remains the exclusive, consolidated online provider of LWW’s full journals library. That has long been the case and it will continue to be the case into the future. LWW regrets any confusion this may have created among Gale, LWW or Ovid customers.
