    See below the answer to the same question I put to the LINKOUT TEAM

    You can change your library’s name on the filter tab in the Library
    > Submission Utility, available here:
    > http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/linkout/doc/lbsub-i.html
    >
    > 1. Sign in using the same username and password you use for your FTP
    > account.
    >
    > 2. Click on Library Identity in the blue sidebar menu.
    >
    > 3. Enter the name that you would like displayed under „Display Name“.
    >
    > 4. Click „Update“.
    >
    > You will see the change within a few hours.
