Elsevier Offers Free Personal Subscriptions to Cell for Individuals at Institutions with Site Licenses (aber nur für die USA und Canada).
Daneben hat Elsevier noch eine preiswerte(?) ScienceDirect Edition für kleinere Colleges angekündigt.
Nachtrag: Mark Johnson, Marketing Director Cell Press schrieb mir:
“In a year or two, we hope to extend the scope of the Cell Affiliated Subscription offer to include European and other international site license customers.”
