International Agreement to Expand PubMed Central

The Wellcome Trust, in partnership with the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC), and the U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM) are joinig forces to digitize additional medical journals, some dating back more than 125 years, and made them freely available on the Internet (Pubmed Central).
